1. Purchase your warranty code directly
Purchase your XP warranty extension via our official marketplace.
A code cover the head of a pack (depending on the type of warranty)
One code covers one head or one pack (selon le type de garantie).
2. Check the eligibility of your product
Make sure your FMF coli was purchased less than two years ago, and have your proof of purchase (receipt) ready.
3. Activate your extended garantee
When registering on XP Updater, enter your extension code and download your invoice.

One extension = one coil
Each extension code applies to a single coil.To cover a second coil, simply purchase an additional extension.
The warranty pack explained
If your coil was purchased as part of a detector bundle and is listed on the invoice, the remote control and headphones are also covered by the extended warranty.
Case of an accessory coil
You can extend the warranty on an accessory disc only, even if you own a DEUS II bundle. In this case, only the accessory disc is covered for up to 10 years.
FAQ
How can I tell if my coil is eligible?
Your FMF coil must have been purchased less than two years ago. A valid receipt is required at the time of registration.
Does an extension span multiple coils?
No. An extension code covers just one coil.
What should I do if I can’t find my invoice?
A valid proof of purchase is required. We recommend that you contact your retailer to obtain a copy.
Does this affect my original 5-year XP warranty?
No. The extension simply adds a further five years’ cover.
Is the pack warranty the same as the standard warranty?
No. The standard warranty applies to individual coils, whilst the bundle warranty applies to bundles. The prices are also different.
Which products are covered by the extended warranty?
All FMF discs: D22FMF, D28FMF, D3428FMF and DELLFMFHP (HF2).
If the coil is part of a detector pack, the remote control and headphones are also covered (under the pack warranty).
Can I extend the warranty on an accessory drive only?
Yes. In that case, only the accessory coil is covered by the extended warranty.
Can I extend the warranty on an accessory drive only?
Yes, provided you purchase via the official XP marketplace and meet the eligibility criteria.
Is the extended warranty transferable?
Yes. If the product is resold, the remaining warranty period carries over with it.

Detector pack
You purchased a DEUS II with a D28FMF coil 15 months ago.
You are purchasing an extended warranty pack.→ The coil, the remote control and the headphones are covered.
Two coils
You own a DEUS II with a D28FMF (pack) and a DELLFMFHP (HF2) coil purchased separately.
You purchase two extension codes.
→ The first covers the pack, the second covers the HF2 coil.
Accessory coil only
You purchase an HF2 disc as an accessory and decide to extend the warranty on that disc only.
→ One code covers the HF2 disc only.
