Your request concern : Coils

The type of failure encountered :  Your coil is not recognized ?

To check the load/charge on your coil, you can refer to pages 28 and 29 of your user manual.

DEUS User manual - Page 28-29

To rule out any compatibility problems, it is imperative that you ensure the software versions are identical between each element (coil, remote control, headphones). Versions prior to V5 are incompatible with each other.

For any pairing problem ("No coil" message displayed on the remote or flashing coil image showing discharged on the headset), please check the software versions for each element.

Remote control: The version is displayed on the screen during power up.
Coil: The LED lights up immediately when charging from version 4.0 to the current version.
On older versions 1.0 to 3.2: the LED lights up from 0 to 60 seconds upon loading.

If the software versions are different, you will need to update your DEUS .

In order to carry out any updates, the coil serial number must be correctly entered into the remote control (see page 20 of your DEUS user manual).

Note: HF and X35 coils are all V5 so do not require updating.

For full instructions on how to enter the serial number into your remote control, please refer to your DEUS user manual - page 20.
